MEDITATION - “ Let’s Get Physical “

Alina and Shibboleth are the Love/Creative Divine Goddess/Gods of the Solar Planes and they bring Divine Love to help the new Soul into incarnation on this earth. Equally they will help to bring any Creation we have made and give it life-force. Shibboleth really supports all creativity in this physical world most beautifully. Alina helps us to really connect with the world around us as we discover life in this dimension, bringing joy in all things as well as smart thinking. You can ask for their help in launching new ideas and projects.
The process of Individuation of a young child is a complex process as they ground their Soul/Spirit into a physical body. This meditation is focussed on the 1st 7 years of a child’s life when they are discovering their physicality. Giving and receiving, knowing what is yours, and what is not, is so important to learn in the early years. Sea Pen helps kindness, friendship and love as we go through this process – it brings real gratitude and positive emotions and thoughts towards others.
Bottlenose Dolphin brings the child in us alive with fun, playfulness, intelligence, laughter and happiness. They bring an incredible immediacy to our consciousness. An alignment we need now and then, and with these meditations we create the space to do this.
They help anyone to really express themselves with energy, clear intention and power, so the physical body is enhanced and uplifted.
The process of incarnation in the physical body is encouraged by all these essences/elixirs.
Orange 3 Butterfly essence brings energy, vitality and free expression of ourselves. It is also added to support when there is trauma, difficulties or obstacles involved in the incarnation process.
This is exactly what young children need for their forward progress and happiness, and this meditation is all about this.
